JBFCS recognizes that Supervision is the foundation
of professional development and that no area of
practice has more power to impact the quality of
care and the success of our clients than effective
clinical and administrative supervision.
A successful supervisor/manager must master the
delicate balance between the agency’s obligations
to funders with the socio-emotional needs of staff.
We believe staff skills are at the core of best practice
and to that end we provide a series of professional
development opportunities through which we teach
and support new and experienced supervisors and
directors.
